Realtor Donna Ruffino has made a major move from top producing sales associate to owner of a major real estate franchise. Now a member of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. (WREA), Weichert Realtors® - Ruffino Real Estate, located 406 West Hartford Street in Milford, is the ninth WREA office to open in Pennsylvania. The company is one of more than 500 Weichert® franchised and company owned offices in 37 states, with nearly 18,000 sales associates.
Ruffino has named Gayle C. Beach as Broker of Record, while she focuses her experience and expertise on providing an ongoing mentoring program for new agents. Together with a professional sales team, the company serves the communities of Milford, Dingmans Ferry, Matamoras, Shohola, Lackawaxen, Greeley, Lords Valley, Mill Rift and Westfall.

In additional to mentoring, she pointed to the systems, tools, training and outreach that attracted her to the franchise company. In addition to the traditional residential and commercial menu of services "now greatly enhanced by being a Weichert office," she said, her company is also uniquely qualified to specialize in new construction homes, house/lot packages, builder spec homes, resale homes, lakefront properties, vacant land, acreage and farms. They also work with first-time home buyers and are able to assist buyers with various $0 down-payment or low down-payment government programs.
A 15-year resident and mother of two teenage boys, Ruffino has an impressive background that began in 1995. She started out selling house/lot packages for builders, then went into general real estate and began breaking records, including "Top Rookie" in her first year and "Top Producer" in her second. Maintaining the top Realtor position in the real estate community, Ruffino was instrumental in opening and establishing a successful local branch office for a major agency, following which she made two acclaimed career moves with other companies before going out on her own and franchising.

On March 7, 2006, Ms. Ruffino announced the addition of veteran real estate professional Gayle Beach as the agency’s new Sales Manager. “I am so excited to have Gayle on the team,” Ruffino said. “I waited over four months for her, and I believe that she is the perfect person to fill the sales management position, to help take us to the top.”
Beach has more than 19 years of experience in the field, including 10 years in management, and holds the designations of Certified Corporate Specialist (CCPS), Certified Relocation Marketing Specialist (CRMS), Certified Residential Relocation Specialist (CRRS) as well as USSA Movers Advantage Program credentials.

Gayle is a member of the Pike Wayne Board of Realtors® and the Orange County Board of Realtors®, she is a specialist in all aspects of real estate sales, including residential, commercial, investment properties and new construction. Gayle Beach has also just been elected 2008 Director of the Pike/Wayne Board of Realtors®.
Beach came to Milford from New York State where she was an award winning branch manager with another real estate company. During that tenure, she earned the Manager of the Year Award in 2002, the Manager’s Award for Excellence 2003-2004 and the Achievement Award for Outstanding Manager 2003-2004. She was recipient of New York’s Orange County Board of Realtors® Bronze Award for Outstanding Performance. Beach holds an associate degree in marketing and is certified as a trainer by the Orange County Board of Realtors®. She is qualified as an Associate Broker in New York State and as a Pennsylvania Broker and full time real estate agent.
