contract in less than seven days, Ruffino said, “indicating that
listings that are priced right and show well are moving faster

pricing realistically certainly plays a big part.”

Owner/Realtor Donna Ruffino’s July contest was for the most in-house Weichert listing sales, and as always, agents must have held two or more open houses.  An 11^th hour (July 31) execution of an Agreement of Sale qualified Bartlett to be the winner once again, Ruffino said, adding, “Congratulations again Anne Marie, I couldn’t be more proud.”

PEGGY GRIPPE DECEMBER’S ‘REALTOR OF THE MONTH’
