Hi Donna. We closed on our dream home in Shohola today, with the help of Kathrin DeSmedt. Working with Kathrin has been a joyful, fruitful and fun experience. The purpose of this letter is to commend the actions of Anne Marie Bartlett in helping Marjorie and I sell our Locust Drive home in a very difficult market.The original offer was far too low and we rejected it outright.Anne Marie kept the file alive and convinced us to keep negotiating, which we did.We were able, with her assistance, to negotiate a very favorable contract that was higher than we thought was possible.In addition, the prospective buyers had specified a closing date only three weeks after contract signing, due to their personal situation, and with Anne Marie’s help we were actually able to meet it.For example, Anne Marie handled the walkthrough for us and we were able to leave the day before the closing in order to meet another commitment.Marjorie had also cultivated several house plants that might have had to have been discarded due to the tight time frame.Anne Marie offered to hold the plants until such time as were settled enough for us to be able to pick them up.
Anne Marie displayed a commitment to help us and her professionalism helped us conclude a sale that initially seemed doomed.That deserves a lot of credit and we wish to thank her for all her help.

This past February I had the opportunity to meet Anne Marie Bartlett. I contacted Weichert with the hopes of buying and moving to a home in the Milford area from Long Island. Anne Marie worked extremely hard to find the right home for us. She knew exactly what we were looking for...I did have many stipulations to say the least. She spent hours with my fiance and myself either looking at homes or answering our questions on the phone. We are writing to thank you for the long, dedicated and caring service provided to us by Kathrin DeSmedt. Kathrin worked tirelessly for two years with us researching homes in Milford and the surrounding areas. She successfully negotiated a contingent contract on the home in TwinLakes which we eventually had to let pass due to our inability to sell our New Jersey home. Kathrin continued to work with us and eventually negotiated the difficult deal for the 132 Stonefield Road home which we both adored. Kathrin covered all of the details of the sale and made the closing go smoothly and quickly. While serving for 22 years as a Naval Officer, we moved eleven times and this is the fifth home we have purchased so we are rather good judges of real estate agents. I would like to share my Ruffino Real Estate experience with you on selling two homes in Pike County, PA. A few years ago I was unexpectedly relocated with my employer to another state and needed to sell my home in a hurry. The Ruffino Real Estate Team dedicated extra efforts to sell my home quickly without having to drastically lower the price due to the falling real estate market. I was so satisfied with their professional service, the sale price of my home and the length of time it took them to sell it, that when the time came for me to sell my nearby elderly father's home the thought of going to any other realtor didn't even enter my mind.
